This is brutal. Considering 2 of the 3 current warzones are objective based, dots are king. Really hope this gets changed

"Alacrity improves Activation time and Channeling speed. It can reduce activation time below GCD (1.5s), but only reduces the GCD on abilities for which the activation time is also reduced. It also will not add additional ticks to a channel, and simply decreases the tick interval and overall duration"

Talked to a level 50 Scoundrel in full Champions with several hundred Alacrity. At least for resource capped classes (ie Smugglers/Troopers) Alacrity seems to suck. He said alacrity blows and he is switching all his gear to power ASAP

Im debating a Surge capped Scoundrel build for level 50 :P POW right in the kissah~!
